Keyword searching is going to be the best path for EBSCO usually, but there is also a way to browse content.  The browsing options are available when opening the EBSCO eBooks homepage. If you've navigated away from the homepage, do the following:

1. Click eBooks at the top of the page, in the toolbar.
2. Select a topic area of interest in the Browse by Category list to the left. 

Clicking on any topic in the list will bring you to a normal EBSCO search results page, showing titles available for that topic. 

Please note this option is only when searching EBSCO eBooks directly and is not available from EBSCO Discovery Service.
