by Matt Stevons on 2024-05-01T09:00:00-05:00 in Library News & Updates | 0 Comments

The PG Library is excited to announce expanded availability for research and reference assistance to better support your academic needs. Our new hours and availability are detailed below.

Email Assistance:

  • Responses from PG librarians within 1 business day, Monday - Saturday

  • Every effort made to answer queries received before 5 PM ET on the same day, Monday - Friday

  • Saturday morning queries sent before 1 PM ET will be addressed the same day

Live Chat Assistance:

  • PG librarians available Monday-Tuesday 11 AM - 9 PM ET, Wednesday-Friday 10 AM - 6 PM ET

  • After-hours and weekend chat coverage now provided 24/7 by our worldwide librarian cooperative

Purdue Global participates in a librarian cooperative, which makes access to research assistance possible day or night! Don't hesitate to reach out with your research questions. If the cooperative librarian can't answer your question, they will create a ticket and a PG librarian will follow up with you by email as soon as possible.
